• Users must be at least 13 years old to access or use these Services. Users under legal age must operate under direct guardian supervision.

3. Prohibited Activities

• Automated Extraction: Using bots, crawlers, or automated scripts to extract content or system data.
• Infrastructure Attacks: Initiating or participating in DDoS attacks or attempts to disrupt system stability.
• Endpoint Misuse: Sending unauthorized backend API requests, spam, or malicious code payloads.
• Vulnerability Exploitation: Failing to report security flaws privately to system administrators prior to public disclosure.
• Unauthorized Rehosting: Copying, redistributing, or rehosting proprietary source code or assets without written authorization.

4. Account Responsibilities

• Users remain fully responsible for maintaining credential secrecy and for all activity conducted under their account.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

• Services are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind regarding uptime or accuracy.
